Adaptive assessment, not a generic form
Questions change with your destination and visa type. Identity, travel plan, finances, ties and history — only what an officer would actually weigh for your route.
Inside the engine
DocuScore AI is not a checklist with a progress bar. It is a forensic pipeline: OCR and MRZ checksums, PDF edit-trace fingerprinting, photo geometry, financial provenance and a consistency graph across every document you upload — ending in a digitally signed report anyone can verify.
Score in about 5 minutes · Documents parsed on-device · No card required
From first question to a signed certificate, without leaving your desk.
Questions change with your destination and visa type. Identity, travel plan, finances, ties and history — only what an officer would actually weigh for your route.
Drop in the exact files you plan to submit. OCR, MRZ checksums, PDF structure and photo geometry are inspected on-device the moment each file lands — before anything is stored.
Your evidence is cross-checked against itself and against the destination's requirement set, then scored. Each rule that fired is logged with the value it saw.
Free: your score and top risks. Full report: every finding ranked by impact, the officer questions your file currently invites, and a signed, verifiable PDF certificate.
The technology
Each engine is deterministic and evidence-backed — it reports what it measured, not a vague opinion.
Tesseract-class OCR reads your passport, letters and statements. The machine-readable zone is parsed and every check digit is recomputed, so a mistyped number or a mismatched expiry surfaces before an officer finds it.
Font sets, object structure and incremental-save markers are fingerprinted. Bank statements and letters that were altered after issue look different from ones that were not — and we tell you which yours looks like.
EXIF metadata, resolution, aspect ratio, head-size geometry and background tone are measured against the destination's biometric photo rules, plus clone-region detection for retouched areas.
PDF417, QR and 1D codes on appointment slips, insurance certificates and forms are decoded and compared against what you typed, catching transcription errors instantly.
IBAN structure validation, balance-trend and closing-balance extraction, and a proof-of-funds test against the destination and duration you entered — including sudden-deposit patterns that draw questions.
Dates, airports and stay length are reconciled across your booking, insurance and accommodation evidence, with public-holiday and IATA reference data applied to your travel window.
Names, dates of birth, passport numbers, addresses and employers are compared across every document you uploaded. One character out of place across two files is one of the most common avoidable refusals.
Sponsor and applicant names are screened against public sanctions lists, so you are not surprised by a name-match issue at the counter.
Every analysis event is written into a hash chain. The record of what was checked, when, and on which file version cannot be silently rewritten — not even by us.
Your report is signed with a 2048-bit RSA key (SHA-256). Anyone you send the verification link to can confirm the score and document fingerprints were issued by us and never altered.
Parsing happens in your browser. Stored files sit behind per-user access rules and short-lived signed links. Your documents are never handed to a third-party AI service.
Your score is placed against the distribution of comparable applications for the same destination and visa type, so you know whether 74 is comfortable or borderline for your route.
No black box. Five weighted dimensions, and a trace panel in your report showing every rule that fired and the value it saw.
Every mandatory item for your exact route, present and in-date.
Names, dates and numbers agreeing across every file.
Funds, trend and provenance measured against your trip.
Ties, history and purpose read the way a caseworker reads them.
Legibility, scan integrity and photo compliance.
Between the government fee, flights, insurance, biometrics appointments and time off work, a single application already runs into hundreds. The report costs a fraction of that and is the only step that tells you whether the rest is worth spending.
Start free — you only pay once you have seen your score.
