About DocuScore AI

People are rarely refused for who they are. They are refused for what their file fails to show.

We built DocuScore AI to close that gap. It reads the exact documents you plan to submit, checks them against the published requirements for your destination and visa type, and hands you a scored, evidence-backed list of what to fix — while you still can.

Why we exist

An application is expensive long before the decision arrives: the government fee, the appointment, the flights you hold, the leave you booked. Most of that is spent blind, on a file nobody qualified has ever looked at.

Meanwhile the things that sink applications are ordinary and fixable — a name spelled two ways across two documents, a bank statement that stops a month too early, a photo that fails the destination's geometry rules, a sponsor letter missing the one line a caseworker looks for.

DocuScore AI is the review step that was missing. Not advice, not a promise — a measurement of how ready your evidence is, written in terms you can act on tonight.

What we believe

  • Most avoidable refusals come from evidence gaps and mismatched details, not from ineligibility.
  • A refusal letter tells you almost nothing you can act on. A findings list before you apply does.
  • The applicant should be able to see exactly how a score was reached, rule by rule.
  • Free should be genuinely useful — you see your score and top risks before paying anything.

How we operate

Six commitments we hold ourselves to

This is a category full of overpromising. These are the lines we will not cross, even when they cost us a sale.

Show the evidence, always

Every point added or removed is tied to a rule and the value it saw in your file. If we cannot show you why, we do not claim it.

Never predict a decision

No tool can promise an approval. We measure readiness and consistency of the evidence in front of us — and we say so plainly on every report.

Your files stay yours

OCR and forensic parsing run in your browser. Stored copies are private to your account and only opened through short-lived signed links.

Specific beats generic

Requirements differ by destination and visa type, so our questions, funds figures, photo specs and document lists differ too.

Independent by design

We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, agency or immigration authority, and we do not take referral fees for pushing an outcome.

Verifiable, not just printable

Reports are signed with a 2048-bit RSA key so a sponsor, employer or agent can confirm the score came from us and was never altered.

Clear about what this is

Knowing the boundary is part of the value. Here it is, without marketing softening.

What DocuScore AI is

What it is not

  • Not legal or immigration advice, and not a substitute for a licensed adviser
  • Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government or embassy
  • Not a predictor of approval — no tool can be
  • Not a document-filling or application-submission service
  • Not a place your files are handed to a third-party AI service
